Introduction

This document outlines best practice configuration for CUCM to VCS-C to VCS-E for CONNECT optimal operation.  

 

Prerequisites

  • Synergy SKY Suite 31.01.+
  • Active CONNECT license
  • Room enabled for CONNECT
    • *CONNECT Cloud

 

CUCM (12.5)

An example is using 5061 TLS encrypted trunks, this is recommended but a 5060 TCP can also be used.

Sip Profile

  • Early Offer Support for voice and video calls* needs to be set to Best Effort (no MTP Inserted)
  • It is essential that redirects are permitted to support CONNECT
