Adding a custom rule is not recommended but there are situations where you will need to do this.
Introduction
This article contains steps on adding a custom rule to SUITE version 2.2+
2.2(30.02.xxxx) added a new method for matching meetings, doing away with the older method of matching rules. However, some users may need to still use a custom rule for more obscure environments.
Important note: This should only be used in very rare circumstances, as enabling this key will down-prioritize all internal rules. Also of note is that only the internal rules classify meeting types. Custom rules will all show as generic RegEx type in CONTROL.
The following steps will allow you to enable custom rules.
