Troubleshooting: SUITE / JOIN 5.0 / CONTROL UI not working

Introduction

If you are a new user to the Synergy SKY SUITE, JOIN 5.0 or CONTROL, your first time connecting to the CONFIG tool may look similar to the screen below. This is likely due to the internet browser you are connecting with. As the tools use HTML5, you will need a modern browser to use the Tools. We recommend Chrome or Firefox.

 

Full functionality will be restored upon connecting with the aforementioned browsers.
