Overview
Synergy JOIN 4.0 is the beginning of Synergy of Things. Synergy JOIN 4.0 brings with it a new PostgreSQL database. This new database structure not only improves performance and reliability but improves the detection & processing of meetings in Synergy JOIN.

Synergy JOIN 4.0 utilizes a new licensing mechanism. Your API Key is required to start the upgrade process to this newest version of Synergy JOIN. When you start the upgrade process, Synergy JOIN will connect to the upgrade service and obtain your API Key automatically. You can also obtain your API Key manually from the following site: https://partner.synergysky.com/Upgrade.
The new database type is not compatible with the current High Availability mechanism and as such, we require customers using JOIN 3.0 High Availability to contact support@synergysky.com before upgrading to Synergy JOIN 4.0.
