How To: Add an Offline License

Introduction

There should be a valid reason why the customer needs an offline license, but if they really do, this is the way to generate and apply it.

 

Step by Step Guide

  1. Identify the server's Machine ID (Support menu ==> Show system info)
  2. Send this Machine ID to Order Management who will generate an offline key
  3. Apply it as follows:
    1. Go to https://server/config/General-Settings/Advanced 
    2. Click ADD a new Key/value and populate the form with a key "suite.offlinelicense" and the offline license key as the value:
