Introduction

Synergy SKY support may ask for the configuration of your Synergy SKY platform if you are submitting a support ticket.

You might also want to export configuration for backup purposes or if you need to move the Synergy SKY installation from one server to another.

This guide explains how to export the current configuration of your Synergy SKY platform.

Step by Step Guide

Export Configuration

1. Go to CONFIG TOOL > Database
2. In the Export Configuration section, choose whether you would like to add the license information in the exported file or not
3. Click Export
4. You will be prompted on where to store exported configuration file on your local machine

Import Configuration

1. Go to CONFIG TOOL > Database
2. In the Import Configuration section, browse for the configuration file you would like to import
3. Click Import. Note: This will override your existing configuration
