In order to enable calling of contacts from your touchpanel. You can upload a csv directly to your Synergy SKY Management Suite Configuration Tool.
Below is a short guide on how to do it and an example template of what to upload.
- Download the phonebook.csv template file
- Edit the file with your own endpoints, this is explained below the screenshot
- Log in to your config tool
- Navigate to /General-Settings/Phonebook
- Click "Choose file"
- Select phonebook.csv
- Click Import
The csv contains the following:
- Category - Where in the folder structure the address should be
- Our example template separates endpoints between (top level) Norway/Ireland and then Odd/Even
- Name - The Name of the endpoint
- SIP - The SIP URI of the endpoint
- H323 - The H323 address of the endpoint
- Bandwidth (kbps) - The bandwith to initially set for the call
