This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for integrating Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) with Synergy SKY. By creating a connection between CMS and Synergy SKY, organizations can automate meeting joins, enable One Button To Push (OBTP) functionality, and streamline the scheduling experience across video conferencing endpoints.

- Cisco Meeting Server Username and Password that can make API calls
Step-by-Step Guide
Adding Integration in Management SUITE
- In Management SUITE, navigate to General Settings → Integration Settings
- Click on ADD CONNECTION, Connection Type: Cisco CMS
- It will allow you to add a name to the integration, including basic information
You will need to input your CMS information here (hostname/address, username and password) - Click on TEST CONNECTION
- Once tested successfully, click on SAVE
- Click on ADD API INTEGRATION
- Used for: VMR Provisioning
Connection: Name of Integration provided
The rest of the information will auto populate
(optional): Add a CDR Tag and enabling Default MCU - Click on SAVE and SAVE CHANGES and deploy the config
