Introduction
This article will provide your team with the steps on how to configure CMS MCU features for Synergy SKY CONTROL white glove.
Note: Full functionality of this feature set requires you to have Cisco CMS in your environment. This should also be done from a computer with access to the Management Suite.

Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare Integration within Management Suite
Add Integration Settings:
- In your Management Suite UI, navigate to GENERAL SETTINGS > Integrations Settings
- Under "Connections", select "ADD CONNECTION"
- Select "Cisco CMS" from the "Connection type" drop-down
- Name the connection
- Add Hostname/Address for CMS
- Add Username for CMS
- Add Password for CMS
- Press the Test Connection button to ensure connectivity to CMS.
- Save
Add API Integration
- In your Management Suite UI, navigate to GENERAL SETTINGS > Integrations Settings
- Under "API Integration", select "ADD API INTEGRATION"
- Select "CONTROL" from the "Used for" drop-down
- Select the integration you previously created from the "Connection" drop-down
- All the details will auto populate
- Enable slider at the top right
- Save
- Select Save Changes at the top right
- Deploy the "Current" Config
Dial out Configuration (optional)
Dial out Configuration for CMS
- In your Management Suite UI, navigate to GENERAL SETTINGS > Video Systems
- Find room you would like to configure and select edit on the room
- Ensure your URI is correct
- Select the "Connectivity Type" drop-down and select "Dial Out"
- Under "Dial Out Options" select the drop-down labeled "Dial Out Protocol" and select your desired protocol.
- Select Save
- Select Save Changes at the top right
- Deploy the "Current" Config
Log in to Synergy SKY CONTROL
Cisco CMS meeting in CONTROL
- Locate Cisco CMS meeting in CONTROL
- Expand meeting
- Locate "MCU controls" button at the bottom left
- Note, Cisco CMS must be started to have full feature set enabled

- MCU options: Mute, Unmute, video start, video stop, disconnect call, layout, etc.
